Beca Wistreich


Beca Wistreich (Director of The Outcome) is a Social Value Advanced Practitioner, accredited by Social Value UK, and one of only six people in Ireland to hold the accreditation, as of Jan 2025. She is adept at facilitating participants to identify needs, experiences and outcomes achieved through a range of interventions providing psychological, social, practical, and health-related supports. She has designed and conducted complex evaluations to assess supports, and measure impact created by a wide variety of services and programmes.

Beca is an experienced quantitative and qualitative researcher, with 13 years’ experience working with clients and participants globally. She has conducted extensive primary research amongst marginalised and vulnerable groups, researching sensitive personal experiences, including migrants, people with disabilities and their families, and the Travelling Community.

Beca has worked in research since 2012. She graduated from the University of Leeds in 2012 with a BA in Classical Civilisation and completed a post-graduate certification in Transformative Learning and Creative Facilitation for Global Citizenship Education with MTU.

Adrian Wistreich


Adrian has over 30 years’ experience supporting for-profit and non-profit organisations with market research and operational strategy. Adrian is a highly experienced market analyst, with over 40 years’ experience in desk and field-based market research, and consulting. He spent 15 years working in UK corporations, including Research Surveys of Great Britain Ltd, Esso UK plc, Mass Observation Ltd, Polygram International Ltd, Euromonitor plc and United News and Media plc, as a market research specialist and senior manager. In 1993, Adrian founded Market Tracking International Ltd. The company published international market analysis reports in a wide range of consumer and business sectors in joint venture with leading trade journal publishers. In 2006, he set up Strategic Development Resources to provide strategic advice and consulting services, with supports for SME growth, change management, marketing, branding and corporate identity work. 

Adrian has consulted with The Irish Guide Dogs and is currently the primary consultant for The Crann Centre on service strategy. In 2019, he co-founded a social enterprise, Future Kinsale CLG, which aims to provide community support towards a healthy sustainable future for Kinsale. Adrian provides local business mentoring and courses through Future Kinsale’s Enterprise Academy.
